Payment Methods
Scottie Connection accepts payments made with Master Card, VISA, American Express and Discover.
Shipping Policy
Scottie Connection offers multiple United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping options for delivery within the United States, plus international shipping across the globe.
In stock items will ship within 2-3 business days with USPS Priority shipping. USPS Express Expedited (next business day) will ship the NEXT BUSINESS day. Items ordered on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday and received Wednesday (if next day). Items ordered on Friday will be shipped on Monday and received on Tuesday (if next day). Remember, business days exclude weekends and holidays. All international orders will be shipped by USPS Priority International.

Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Scottie Connection, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Return Policy

Returns
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Altered or decorated garments are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No COD returns will be accepted. Returns must be sent Freight Pre-Paid to the address listed below.
We are proud of the products we sell, and back them unconditionally. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days. We will happily exchange the product or issue either a credit or refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
Exchange An Order
We will gladly exchange your order for another item of equal or lesser value, provided that you pay the shipping costs incurred during the exchange. If there is a problem with your order due to an oversight on our part, please let us know. The problem will always be remedied at no cost to you.
Backorders
If an item is unavailable, it will be removed from the order and you will be notified before the other item(s) are shipped.

Scottie Connection guarantees your security. Every time an order is placed or account information is accessed, it is done through a secure server that encrypts all information.
